1. These terms

This site is operated by DHANDHANYA GROUP, CIN [CIN], registered at Shop No. 4, K M Plaza, Opp. Sabzi Mandi, Near 6 No. Pulliya, Nathanpura, Dehradun, Uttarakhand – 248001. By using PaisaFin you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What PaisaFin is

PaisaFin is an online marketplace that helps you compare loan and credit card offers from RBI-registered banks and non-banking financial companies. We are not a lender. We do not sanction loans, set interest rates, approve applications or disburse funds.

Any loan you take is a contract between you and the lending partner. Its interest rate, fees, repayment terms and enforcement are governed by that lender's agreement with you, not by these terms.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract under Indian law.
  • You must be a resident of India.
  • You must give information that is true, current and complete, and keep it updated.

4. Offers shown on this site

Offers are indicative and depend on information you provide and on data from credit bureaus. They are not an offer of credit and do not bind any lender. Final terms are set by the lender after its own assessment and are disclosed in the sanction letter and key fact statement before you accept.

We take reasonable care to keep rates, fees and eligibility information accurate, but these are set by third parties and change. [State how often partner data is refreshed and how discrepancies are handled.]

5. Credit checks and consent

By asking us to find offers, you authorise us to obtain your credit information from bureaus through a soft enquiry, which does not affect your credit score. A hard enquiry occurs only when you formally apply with a lender you have selected. You may withdraw consent at any time, though this may prevent us from showing offers.

6. Using the site

You agree not to:

  • Submit false information or apply on someone else's behalf without authority.
  • Use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
  • Scrape, copy or redistribute content or data from the site without written permission.
  • Interfere with the site's operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

7. Calculators and content

Our calculators and guides are for general information. They produce estimates based on what you enter and are not financial, tax or legal advice. Take your own advice before making a borrowing decision.

8. Fees

9. Intellectual property

The PaisaFin name, logo, design and content belong to DHANDHANYA GROUP or its licensors, and may not be used without written permission. Partner names and marks belong to their respective owners.

10. Third-party links

The site links to lender websites and other third-party services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

11. Limitation of liability
